GB Wear Test Agreement

 

We are excited that you want to be part of the Gangster Ballerina Wear Test!

Before applying, we need you to read and agree to the following.

 

As much as we would love for all of you to take part, we are only able to select a limited number of dancers for this first release. Participants will be chosen at random.

​

This is not an Ambassador role.

 

The GB Wear Test is designed to help us refine and perfect our products before launch. This is not an influencer or ambassador program, and participation does not guarantee future partnerships, sponsorships, or ongoing collaborations.

​

Feedback must come directly to us.

 

We want honest, realtime feedback from dancers who are training regularly each week. All feedback, comments, suggestions, and concerns regarding the products must be shared directly with the Gangster Ballerina team.​

​

Under no circumstances is feedback, commentary, reviews, or opinions about the products to be shared publicly or online during or following the wear test period.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

​

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Snapchat

• YouTube

• Facebook

• Studio/group chats

• Public forums or comment sections

• Friends, family members or associates

​

We are building something special, and we’d love your help protecting the process while we refine the collection before it launches.

​

Please keep the products offline.

 

As these pieces are part of our pre-launch testing phase, wear testers may not share photos, videos, reviews, or any content featuring the products online unless explicitly requested or approved by Gangster Ballerina.

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Snapchat

• YouTube

• Studio/group chats

• Brand tagging or mentions

Product ownership & returns.

 

All approved wear testers will be able to keep their test items.

However, if any products do not meet our final quality standards, Gangster Ballerina may request their return for review, refinement, or replacement.

As a thank you for participating in the GB Wear Test, every selected tester will receive a very special Limited Edition Gangster Ballerina hoodie.

By participating in the GB Wear Test, you agree to:

• provide genuine feedback (you will be sent an electronic form to accept the terms and conditions above prior to being sent any clothing. You will then be sent a second electronic form to provide feedback at the end of the wear period)

• respect the confidentiality of the products

• communicate directly with the GB team throughout the testing process

• we would love to hear a bit about you, your love of dance, why you think you'd be a great fit for the GB brand, what dance genres you do, and how often you train weekly (we only ask this last question as we want to ensure rigorous testing of our products).
